LikeWize Sent the Package and UPS lost it

I've been around

I have lost my phone and as per Likewize they sent the package with Next Day Shipping but UPS has lost the package and Now UPS is not changing their status to missing package. (Already filled a claim), Likewize is saying UPS hasn't reached out to them and now I am without the Phone from almost a week. Likewize is not helping and UPS also. Not Sure what I have to do as both are putting it on each other and eventually it's customer who is suffering.

Thanks for posting your concern here in the community. It sounds like you are between a rock and a hard place. 😞

 

I would recommend reaching back out to Likewize to see if they can open up a track and trace case at their end, to locate the missing package. You may also want to request a Tier 2 escalation through them as well, if you are not getting the results you want. It may be helpful to reach back out to UPS to find out the status of their ticket that was submitted. I realize it's not an ideal situation, but following up with each side is probably the best course of action to take.

 

We'd love to get any updates that you have to share regarding this ongoing matter.
