I’ve been with Roger’s for a year and a half and I own a few dollars and end up cutting my internet with out telling I step up a promise to pay for the 20th and they are telling they won’t trun on my internet until then I’m a Single mother who is an online student and my child who’s under the age of five who watches TV I can’t do none of it now so I’m probably gonna get kicked out of my schooling and my daughter isn’t gonna be able to watch anything until the 20th basically so I’m done with Rogers arm I’ve never experienced this with an Internet provider before so I’m literally gonna pay what I know and then I’m looking for a new Internet provider. I’m done with Rogers or so just respect for so many levels and they will not help me If their life depended on it, so it this point I’m annoyed I don’t have Internet I can potentially get kicked out of school and I even set up a promise to pay for the 20th so I need to wait until then they were staying until I get any Internet on my account. Meanwhile I’ve been always pay my bills and they turn around and do this. It’s ridiculous I’m done I’m fed up, so if anybody’s looking at these reviews, I suggest you don’t go to Rogers like at all at all there aren’t good and to mention I was low incomes so they don’t look at you the same, and they will not help you out the same as higher customers.
