I canceled my internet with Rogers back in January. However, they never sent the return label to send back the equipment and I hit with a charge. I called again about returning the equipment and they were supposed to send the label (again), but I haven't received it and it's been over 48 hours. I keep checking my spam folder, but it hasn't shown up there, either.

Thank you. I'll give it a shot. It shouldn't be a pain to return some equipment.
