Internet Return Label

I've been here awhile

I canceled my internet with Rogers back in January. However, they never sent the return label to send back the equipment and I hit with a charge. I called again about returning the equipment and they were supposed to send the label (again), but I haven't received it and it's been over 48 hours. I keep checking my spam folder, but it hasn't shown up there, either.

Had same issue and it was a nightmare. They can definitely generate a waybill via sms if you aren’t getting it by email. I solved this by using https://www.rogers.com/contact/share-a-concern/ this should escalate you to the office of the president and that’s how I resolved my issue. It’s not an uncommon issue and is way harder to resolve than it needs to be. Unsure if typical csr or the support on this forum can generate a waybill via sms but I know the office of the president can.

Thank you. I'll give it a shot. It shouldn't be a pain to return some equipment.
