I just got the instructions via email. I only see TV box under 'equipments to return'. However, I have a TV box and a modem for the Internet. Should I return box equipments using the same waybill? Also, my postal code in the waybill is wrong; it is an area150km away from my house. Thanks.

I've got new ignite TV box by Purolator, how I can return faulty one. I have been told that with new box i will get return label, but there is no return label in the packaging
