I was told that a technician has to come in for the home phone installation, even though the previous tenants had rogers also. Is this true?? Or can I do it myself and save some money?

Thank you for posting your query regarding the home phone installation in the Community. The home phone requires an optimal connection; the installation tech will ensure the optimal connection at the modem and configure it accordingly. Hence a tech installation is required.
