Incorrect Charges

I've been around
I am a single mom. I am a single mom and I am a subscriber to Rogers. I recently updated my phone with their service and they told me I can return the phone if I upgrade. I return the phone and they receive the phone and yet my credit card is getting charged of the save and return credit card charged of $700. I can't afford that. I live paycheck to paycheck. They won't talk to me. They even told me to call today after I told them that their office will be close today and yet I was right they are close. Now they are avoiding my call. Please help me.

I am guessing they did not process the returned phone yet. These things usually take time to process, and once they do that they credit the amount back.  I am not a big fan of this, I also do not recommend people buying or upgrading to a new phone with the device return if they are lower on the income bracket.   My personal advice since you already went this route, you have to call them tomorrow since they are closed today to follow up with when they will process and credit back the amount to your account. but in the future, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND do not buy new phones from rogers especially if you are lower on the income bracket, please try to buy second hand phone its more affordable and you do not have to go thru the headaches of dealing with rogers.
