Dear Rogers Customer Support,
I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of all my Rogers services, including both internet and phone.
For the past two weeks, I have been attempting to contact your customer service multiple times during your regular business hours. Unfortunately, each time I call, the automated system states that the department is closed. I have now tried more than ten times without success.
In addition, I attempted to resolve this through your online chat support. Although I received a copy of the chat transcript, the representative was unable to process my cancellation request.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service from a provider like Rogers, and I feel I have exhausted all standard methods to get this resolved.
Please treat this message as a formal request to cancel all my services with Rogers immediately. I kindly ask that you confirm the cancellation in writing as soon as it has been processed.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

@parthpatel7078 This is a user-supported forum. Rogers will not take any actions to your post unless you engage them directly.
If you wish to cancel services, the only way to do this is by telephone: https://www.rogers.com/support/billing-accounts/how-do-i-cancel-my-services
Since you have already tried to cancel by phone and by chat, you can try to get assistance by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps .
Failing that, you can also contact the Office of the President via the Contact Us page.
