So today I called PayGo to renew my subscription for a year using $100 out of my balance, which would leave me about $42, plenty for another year considering my usage. A very painless procedure talking to a friendly agent. I then mentioned I'd been getting and paying for a lot of spam texts, I could see 7 in my transaction history since June. She also saw those and credited me a generous $3, bringing my balance to $45. She suggested forwarding such texts to 7726 (SPAM) to try and block the number, which I have been doing. Thanks @57 for suggesting asking to credit spam texts when renewing because it's hardly worth the trouble to do it individually.
