After 3 days of agents messing with my account and causing issue after issue, tonight I called Rogers at 7:40 PM. I waited until 9:44 PM before an agent picked up. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor because 3 agents in a row have made mistakes/ made changes without my permission. She said it would take 1 hour and 12 minutes before I would reach a supervisor. I said that’s fine. It’s 11:49 PM as I write this.. 4 hours 10 mins later and no one has answered. They should have answered before 11 PM according to the agent I spoke to and now I’m worried that they’re closed and will never answer.. makes me want to cancel all of my services.

I get how frustrating it is to wait on the phone for hours on end without speaking to a person or getting an immediate resolution. I sincerely hope you've been able to speak to someone over the phone since you last posted here.
It would be terrible to lose you as a customer, and I would love to turn the experience around for you. Without divulging any personal/private account information can you please share a little about the reason behind the escalation?
