Exclusive offer

I've been around

So a couple of weeks ago I get this “exclusive offer” on my homepage.
100GB $65/month. I had 50GB for $60. Seems like a good bargain fo $5 more per month. So I take the bait.

They upgrade the account charge me $80 but remove the discount of $15. So I call them and say you made a mistake. They assure me
That they will fix it, but when the bill arrives, there is no change.

So i anyone else experience the bait and switch? I filed a complaint with CCTS. So will see what comes of that. I will switch providers if they don’t fix this. I warned them, so will see if that has any effect on their customer service. I suspect not.
