I have been told my Digital Modem will be discontinued Oct 17, 2024 and I will have to transfer to Ignite.
I looked at the Ignite Popular pkg with internet for $135.oo for 2yrs but when I logged in to my account the price went up to $170.00 and was month to month.
that is a Rip OFF.
If I am forced to take Ignite because of a Rogers policy I should be able to have the same pkg as a new customer.
Rogers is not interested in even considering it SO I will be looking elsewhere.
I have been with Rogers over 20yr and that is how they treat as they like to term me as a "Legacy" customer!

I understand where your disappointment stems from. Have you had a chance to speak to us through any of the platforms? I just want to make sure you've explored all your options before you decide to part ways with us.
