Email Confirmation

I received modem and smart tv, but I still haven't received confirmation email.

I had call in and have them resend me the confirmation email. After that everything is working great.

Welcome to the Rogers community and thank you for your first post with us! 🙂

 

Once an order is processed the email confirmation should be generated within 24 hours and sent to the email address we have on file. Can you please be sure to also check your spam/junk mail folder to ensure it didn't end up there inadvertently?
