I have Rogers US plan.
I called Rogers to disable / blocking international roaming.
Rogers REP said I still able to use my US plan as US isn't international roaming.
Cruise ships will turn on their own cellular network while at sea.
Is cruise ship cellular network considered as international roaming?
Disable / blocking international roaming will also prevent connect to cruise ship cellular network?
This way I don't have to turn of airplane mode or remove/disable SIM card on the cruise while at sea.

Hello @itv ,
If you have a plan specifically for the US with Rogers, typically this means you can use your plan in the US without incurring additional roaming charges because it's considered part of your domestic usage. Cruise ships often have their own cellular networks provided by satellite or partnerships with telecom providers. When you disable international roaming with your carrier, it generally means your phone won't connect to foreign networks outside your home country. To avoid unintended charges or usage on cruise ship networks, the safest approach is to use airplane mode or physically remove/disable your SIM card.
