I sent an email with my request to and Jacqueline from the Management department called me to discuss.

She offered detailed text message history only in print form (even though I receive my invoices online).

After she arranged it, I was called by Steven from the Back Office department to inform me that they don't have any detailed information on texting.


I'd like to suggest that Rogers makes available the text message history at least for the paid texts - I understand that people are texting a lot and it can be close to impossible to offer that information on all texts.

When I pay for something, I want to know what I'm paying for 😉
