Deactivation info

Where do I find the information about my home monitoring term, if theres months left and the deactivation fee if there is one. Changing to a different security system that my girlfriend has.

Having details pertaining to your existing discount offers, should there be one, is certainly important! If a promotional discount is coming to the end of it's term then you'll receive a notification on each bill from 3 months prior. To get an exact date or for any additional information pertaining specifically to your account you can contact support at your convenience. Let us know if you have any other questions!
