I've been here awhile

Rogers sent me to credit for one missed payment that I paid only 5 days late and paid the penalty the late payment fee and they still sent me to credit and a few months later it is still negatively affecting my credit rating and hasn't been removed.

To prevent this from happening again in the future, we recommend you to set up Automatic Payments.

Really??? That's what you have to say??? No phone number for me to call to reverse your credit reporting,???. I will never ever recommend this company. I won't even go see an Oilers game so that I'm not inside a building with your name on it. I only have Rogers because building Disney have Telus wired!!!
I already have automatic payment set up and I did before too, but my bank sent me a new bank card which I didn't know meant they were sending me a whole new account number and then all of my pre-authorized payments from my accounts didn't go through.

For Outstanding accounts, dial 1-866-346-3430 from:

 

  • Mon-Fri: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Sat: 7:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Sun: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

 

Or for Billing & Payments, simply call 1-877-559-5202 and they will gladly assist you Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
