Greetings @ng12,
A warm welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your first post! 😀
It's never nice to find out that one of your accounts has been turned over to collections. I can understand your reason for concern.
By any chance, have you spoken to someone from our Customer Care Billing Team to find out what these charges entail? Typically, we will try to make multiple attempts to reach a customer if there is a past due balance owed. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining payment and/or payment arrangements have not been set up, the account will eventually be turned over to a third-party collection agency.
We would be more than happy to review your billing details to determine the reason for the charges and we can go from there. Feel free to send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps to get started. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please CLICK HERE.
Thank you,
RogersLaura

Greetings and welcome to our Community @Jk41l!
If you've made a payment arrangement with us, please call our Credit Operations department at 1 866 346-3430 for full assistance in this matter.
We can only assist with creating a one-time full payment arrangement over the forums. For anything more than that, our Credit Operations department can further assist.
Regards,
RogersCorey

I went to apply for a mortgage and was told I have a terrible credit score and it is due to a Rogers bill that has been unpaid for 3 years. When i closed the account i was told that everything was settled. I am STILL a rogers customer to date and was never informed that i had an outstanding balance. I called rogers to find out and they said it was from an old account and i was they had been trying to reach me at a phone number i have never had? Meanwhile i am a rogers wireless customer who has never missed a payment? This has destroyed my credit rating and will not be able to purchase a home..... I have been a rogers customer since 2012, i am completely rattled by this whole situation....
