Collections Harassment Two Days Late on Bill

KerensaA
I've been around

My bill was due on June 4th. It's now June 6th, and Rogers Collections just called, threatening suspension due to a late bill. Two days!!!

When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative argued with me, put me on hold, and then hung up on me. I've been with Rogers for over 20 years, but this harassment has definitely convinced me to switch to a new company. I'm so happy that the three lines on my account are not under contract

Hi @KerensaA,

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post!

We certainly appreciate you sharing your most recent feedback, and we understand how frustrating it can be to have your call disconnected when trying to get your issue resolved. Your loyalty does matter to us, and we thank you for your understanding. Please feel free to reach out to us here to have a further look into this for you.

Alternatively, we do have a new self-serve option where you can set up a payment arrangement via self-serve by logging into your MyRogers profile if you do know that you are going to be late with your payment.

Thank you,
RogersJermaine
