I have two charges on my Rogers account for 20.99 from Netflix that I did not authorize...I finally straightened it all out with Netflix but neither Rogers or Netflix will give my a credit ...Netflix says Rogers has to refund and Rogers says Netflix has to refund..would be great if they could get their act together

I assume you mean "for Netflix." If this is on your Rogers bill and Rogers agrees that the charge is incorrect, then Rogers should provide the credit.

They wouldn't even listen to why it was charged ..just said it was not their problem and they couldn't refund a third party charge ...and Netflix said they can't refund something on Rogers ..so no solution ..if Bell Fibe ever comes to my area I will change in a second ..I have to put up with outages and my internet going in and out but no help with this
