I signed up for a new package, and on my Critical Information Summary, it shows that I'm not supposed to be charged the $149 for Express Setup and Pro Install Add-on. Of course my bill is more than double because I was charged for it. I tried the chat specialist only to be disconnected twice. How am I supposed to fix this when I can't talk with anyone at Rogers? I can't spend hours on the phone or online dealing with this.
