I was charged for a phone that was returned and cancelled! When I spoke with the representative on the phone they told me there would be no charges since the phone was not opened and is being sent back the same day it was delivered. Why is the cost of the phone on my bill?! I'm freaking out! I can't afford this! If this cannot be fixed I am moving companies this is insane.

The bill could have been generated before receiving the device at the warehouse. Once the processing is done, the charges will be reversed.
