Charged for a phone that was returned!

I've been here awhile

I was charged for a phone that was returned and cancelled! When I spoke with the representative on the phone they told me there would be no charges since the phone was not opened and is being sent back the same day it was delivered. Why is the cost of the phone on my bill?! I'm freaking out! I can't afford this! If this cannot be fixed I am moving companies this is insane.

My situation has been resolved, I was able to speak to a manager who was able to reverse the cost of the phone and the save and return cost since it was returned during the buyers remorse period. Thank you for responding.

The bill could have been generated before receiving the device at the warehouse. Once the processing is done, the charges will be reversed.
