Charged for Late Fees due to Delayed Equipment Return

 

Rogers will not admit their fault. Call ref I 156392271. I Will not pay, if not my fault. Rogers charged for Modem and then reversed but not revering the interest. The Modem was returned in time on April 17. UPS returned late in July. How I am responsible for the late charges? I have called 3 times wasted my time. It is not about charges $ 9.39 plus, bur principle.

It can certainly be disappointing when you've done your due diligence to complete a task, only to have a less than desirable outcome. I've been there a time or two myself and it's not fun.
