In June, we rented a car using our Rogers Mastercard, which has insurance for car rentals. On the highway, a small stone chipped the windshield. We have been trying to deal with Rogers and their partnering insurance people for over a month this has involved over 8 hours of being on hold, 27 redirections and transferred calls, 3 days of frustration, and nothing resolved. I have had it! Rogers is the WORST

1. I assume you're talking about the Rogers World Elite MasterCard because the regular "red" MasterCard doesn't have any form of auto rental insurance.
2. I assume you paid for any and all charges related to the car rental with that card.
Usually these reimbursements are pretty straight forward if you meet the above criteria and submitted the appropriate paperwork in the form required. It can take several months though...

Sorry, I I disagree. Nothing about this has been straightforward. Just nothing but a complete mess of transferred calls, and the runaround. This has been a complete mess

I would login to the MC website, go to "I Want To" - Send a message. Say you wish to make a claim and want to know what to do. It should then be a matter of sending the appropriate documentation to them...
