I have spent 5 hours with Rogers technical support and no one can fix a glitch where I cannot access my offers page, I get an error. They simply say they cannot fix it. It seems to be linked to my account. I have a Rogers Preferred plan, so I want to see those offers, but I can only see them when I am logged in. I don't want to have to 2ait over an hour to speak to someone just to find out if there are any new offers.
