Cannot Views Offers

I've been around

I have spent 5 hours with Rogers technical support and no one can fix a glitch where I cannot access my offers page, I get an error. They simply say they cannot fix it. It seems to be linked to my account. I have a Rogers Preferred plan, so I want to see those offers, but I can only see them when I am logged in. I don't want to have to 2ait over an hour to speak to someone just to find out if there are any new offers.

In the same situation, I can see them from the main rogers.com/mobile/phone plans, but when I try to select one, it excludes all these plans. There is currently a 5G/100Gig plan for $50, but not way to select it during checkout.
