Hopefully that will explain what I recommend for situations such as this.  The moderators can help you determine the cost of cancelling your current plan if  you're in a contract with an Early Termination Fee, and help you determine the costs of any other plan that you might be interested in.

You might want to be a little more specific. A cellphone plan, TV plan, internet plan, something else? If there are multiple lines, all or just one? More info without giving away your personal account info on a publicly viewable forum would help get you a response from the right person. The quickest way to cancel any of your Rogers services is to call Customer Care.
