I'm not sure if IgniteTv lets you cancel it online with the app or website, but when I cancelled it while on legacy digital, I just called Rogers, selected Tv, then selected Change a service (not cancel, unless you are cancelling your Tv service).
It used to be a minimum 3-month requirement before you could cancel, but I think it's now 4 months (unless you have bad service, or perhaps start crying ... There's no crying in baseball!). ⚾
You could try the chat option, if the phone has a longer wait time.
