Can't purchase data pass

I don't have a regular data plan. In the past I would be able to purchase a 7 day data pass through the link www.rogers.mobile/pass . Just a week ago I tried to click on the link and it said the requested resource is not available. I called to Rogers and the tech support assistant doesn't know the reason. Is there anyone have similar experience and solution?

You can also purchase a weekly pass by doing the following:

 

-Text YES to 3282 to receive a link to purchase.

-Select Day or Week Pass.

-Enjoy internet access for the period you selected.

I followed that procedure, however, after I click on the link it said the requested resource is not available. I even tried to turned off the wifi and it didn't work as well.  The phone I use is LG G3, and in the past I didn't have any problem with buying day pass for data. Can you help to inquire into this problem?

With Wi-Fi turned off, what happens when you try to browse a website?

Do you get a prompt to purchase a data plan?

When I clicked the link with wifi turned off, it said unable to resolve the server's DNS address. And www.Rogers.mobi/pass is not available. I don't get a prompt to buy data pass : (

Can you try the process below while you are connected to cellular data (WiFi off):

 

  1. Open a browser on your phone and type in rogers.mobi
  2. Click My Account.
  3. In My Account, click My Services.
  4. In My Services, click Manage Subscriptions.
  5. In Manage Subscriptions, click Add Subscriptions.
  6. In Add Subscriptions, choose Wireless Internet Options.
  7. Select Buy Wireless Internet Pass

 

This is an alternate method for purchasing the pass.

I tried and this what appears:

(Error)Wifi Detected
We are unable to authenticate you as you are currently on Rogers or Fido Networks. Please disable you wifi and launch your browser and try again.

I am actually using Rogers network, and why do I receive this message?

@lo_joyce,

 

Please make sure you go into the settings on your phone and turn your WiFi off completely. At the same time ensure your cellular data is turned on so that when you open the webpage rogers.mobi, it should automatically load for you.
