Firstly, could you let us know which type of "Business Account" it is? Are you looking to benefit from a preferred pricing with your employer on an account under your name?
If it is to migrate your line to an existing enterprise account, you would have to authorize the transfer and this may generate the cancellation of your personal account.
If you wish to have your small business name appear as outgoing call display, for example, you could keep the account under your name.
