I just got an apology message from Rogers for my ignite tv going down last night. FYI, It was also down the night before by the way. I have only had it for a week, and all I get is an apology. Rogers has to issue a message saying that we value your time and inconvenience with a discount, not words!!!

I think a lot of people were down last night.. think it was more of a global outage.
Beyond that though, for me at least its up 95+% of the time. If your having more outages, there may have been something wrong with your setup. That they didnt fully check your internet signal, etc. Or that the boxes are not getting good wifi signals, etc.
You would want to call in, if you want any form of discount.
