Wow, so another fantastic issue with Rogers, yet again.   Customer Service and the issues keep getting worse and worse and I am about fed up and ready to move my 4 lines.   I activated a plan through Myrogers app that provided me a deal with 170GB, unlimited calling, etc. and it offered me the $10 discount for reoccurring bills and then an additional $15 off.   It never said anything about new lines, it just showed up on my summary so I clicked and activated.   Right away I got the confirmation and the $15 discount was not there.   I called right away and inquired.   And as per usual, the customer service rep had no idea and was not able to help and simply said call back after your bill comes in and maybe it will show up then.   Fast forward to today and I looked at my bill and no $15 discount.   I spent an hour and half with customer service rep and manager with no resolution.   The best the offered was a one time $20 credit.  I found that insulting.   I am now looking at moving my 4 lines from Rogers.   The oldest line I have had for almost 30 years.   This all due to the horrendous customer service and the bait and swatch or false advertising that was presented to me on the Myrogers app.   Instead of helping out a long time client they once again screwed me over.   The previous issue is I paid for device protection and when I lost my phone they would not honor it.   Which cost me $930 with Rogers and $750 with Samsung for the new phone I bought on my own.  So now without this discount that was supposed to be on my phone, over 3 years I am paying an additional $540 on top of what I would have normally paid as my previous plan was less than $55 a month.   The only reason I went to the higher plan was because of the $15 discount.  Otherwise, why would I bother changing.   They do not get it.   Sad state of affairs at Rogers.   Not sure how long they can continually do this to customers, especially long time clients.  And why they do not have

Your canned response offers me nothing.   I have already spent 90 minutes on the phone on Monday with absolutely no help, no solution and no resolution.  I will decide soon on if I am moving all my lines and changing our home service as well.
