Adding a New Line to My Account

Hi,

Im trying to add a line to my account using an old phone (rogers). Is there an option on the shop not to pick a new phone and just use an existing old phone?

I'm pretty sure if the account for the old phone was cancelled, the number would have been recycled.  You could probably request a specific number like businesses do, but that would cost big bucks.
