Account access for more than 1 person with different login

I have my account linked as well as my Mothers so I can help her with her bill and services, as she is a senior.

My question is can she have online access to her own account with a different username and password as well or is the only way to allow her to use my credentials ? Or do I have to Unlink the accounts?

Thank you for being our Community member and helping your mom with her account.

You can't have the same account linked on two different MyRogers profiles. If you were to try, you would get an error like this: The account number entered is already linked to a MyRogers profile, with the following email - and a prompt to reset the password.

I suggest having two different MyRogers profiles for two accounts. However, you should have your mom Contact Us and add you as an Authorized Contact so you can manage her account.
