Access to FOCA preferred plan discount

CustomerMW
I've been around

I recently moved back to Ontario and activated a new primary line and secondary line last week with Rogers. At the time I was not aware of the FOCA preferred plan discounts that I qualify for. I am attempting to get the 5G Infinite Essential US/CA 100GB plan for $50/month and the additional line on the same plan for $40/month. When I talked to someone I was told that since my lines are already activated I could not get the plan. I'm debating if I need to move the lines to a new carrier and possibly move them back to get the discount. Ideally I would just get moved to the plan without needing to jump through a bunch of hoops which might just lose me as a customer.

Hello, @CustomerMW.

We're delighted you joined Rogers and our Community!

The Rogers Preferred Program offers exclusive discounts on plans and devices for the employees of qualified organizations.

There seems to be some confusion; we certainly don't want you to feel like you need to switch carriers to get the plan you're eligible for.

You can check eligibility, enroll in the program, and benefit from the exclusive offers. Please learn more about the program and check the FAQs for the Rogers Preferred Program.

Cheers,
