I just went to return my device after 2 Years, sales rep name harkirat Abused me and didnot help at all, i asked for manager but he said he is the manager and he doesnt care. This is just unacceptable. Abusing and harassing customers is not a solution at all, Rogers should investigate on this matter or will have to go to media for same
