I've been around
Hi this is Amritha and a few months back I already called Rogers customer service to cancel my Rogers SIM but Rogers still sending me email for billing for Rogers SIM that I am not even using so please take an immediate action to cancel my Rogers SIM service please

Hello Amritha_ammu,

Please call back into Rogers, maybe the rep misunderstood and did not properly cancel? you should explicitly tell them you want to "CANCEL YOUR PHONE LINE"  maybe they just cancelled the sim card only and not the line?
