I know how frustrating issues such as this can be so please allow me to clear up any confusion here.
If you're receiving A&E through the Extra Plus Package, then you do not get access to On Demand content.
As far as an explanation as to why you've gotten it up until now, I can only break that down to luck. You were receiving a service that you were not subscribed to at no additional cost.
