My phone plan is coming to an end soon and it looks as though I'll have to get a new plan regardless of if I keep my phone or get a new one. All the plans show the $5.00 automatic payment discount. Is there an option to opt out of the automatic payment discount (let's face it a $5 discount doesn't really make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things and I've never been a fan of automatic payments in general).
Also, I see there's a seniors plan for 55+ however, it looks as though that it's only be for new customers; is there 55+ plan for longtime customers?

Yes, you can go to "Change payment method" and there, there is a "Change to manual payment" button.
It's actually not that bad. Once Rogers generates your bill, you get a week or two to resolve any billing issues before they automatically process your payment.

Rogers is advertising a number of cell plan offers at the moment and you might qualify for something even better than what you see on the 55+ plans page. I would send a private message to @CommunityHelps to see what plans and discounts are available to you.
