The 2 way messaging webpage is down. Will it be back up soon?

Not being able to utilize the 2-Way Messaging service is definitely not good but luckily you have reached the right place and we'll be happy to assist you here.
If you are able to access the page it could be a Login issue, have you forgotten your password by any chance?

Same issue here - get that same connection error - don't use it much, but I did use it occasionally

Has this service been discontinued - if it has, an explanation and advanced notice would be real nice.
Or is it just down - and then a redirection message that is is under maintenance, or being worked on would be in order.
either way, would be nice to know. Not knowing definitely is not good.

I was able to use the messaging feature successfully.
I have attempted multiple times to access the 2WAY TEXT MESSAGE page, on November 4 and 5, 2017, but without success.

Thank you for posting your observation in the Community. I just successfully accessed the Rogers 2-Way Text Message Centre, were you getting any error message?
Both of the links you've posted launches the portal successfully. Let us know if you are still not able to access the site.
