Thanks for visiting. We dream this space will become a continuously positive and growing place where you can candidly discuss your technical issues, and a home to express your ideas, comments, questions and concerns.


While we have a Community Manager and Moderators, your forums are intended as a peer-to-peer community and, like any public forum, there are basic community guidelines and rules everyone is expected to follow, so everyone can enjoy  the community experience. Now, technical support = just a click away. We want you to directly benefit from our new interactive technical support forum. So please enjoy responsibly.


Have you ever had a technical issue you just wanted solved online? Whether you're a Rogers customer or not? Ahem, I have..., many times! We're trying to make it easier for you to get solutions, and online forums are providing just that. These forums serve as a convenient technical support channel; they're another way to help you get answers. Period.


We've made sure you have access to a world-class system, which means we're able to give you access to fun stuff like; giving likes to members, tagging words, accepting a post as a solution to your problem, enjoying emoticons and a rich text editor Smiley Very Happy, we even have fresh new 'Canadiana' avatars you can use as your member profile icon, and yes, poutine is my favorite.
