I am having this same issue.  Was Chatting yesterday for over an hour and still not resolved.  Rogers_kate, you sent a PM to someone to fix.  Can you post the fix on this Forum ?

I am having the same problem 

I have my pc windows 7, Samsung galley 10 and my cell phone htc wildfire. Up until I went to sync my contacts withoutlook, phone and tablet it was all working.

I got eveything to sync my contacts, address book and calendar to Outlook office 2007.

Now it is saying can't send text can't finish sync, I redid it many times.

A lot of posts here and on other sites about this problem. There must be some kind of bug in the rogers1. I was loving being able to text from my pc when I wasn't near my phone. 

One suggestion was take out battary from phone, reset it

another suggestion was delete rogers1 app from everything, reset it.

last suggestion I read was delete rogers1 from everything, call in and then get them to cancel your rogers1 account and in a week call back and make a new account.

How is any of this a solution? 

Anyone else have any ideas?

At least after fixing updating all contacts, address books and calendars I back them up. 

I was thinking maybe doing a recovery-- go back to last workind date...but don't think this will help over all.

Did you get any answers?  I've been on the phone with rogers, chatting with support.  The best they can tell me is that my browser is current enough.I've got IE 9...whats newer than that?  I was able to send/receive txts in rogers one yesterday...today i can't.  Driving me crazy!

It was working fine up until now where I can't send nor receive any text messages. I do however see them in the small bubble notification when they come in, and my iPhone 4 is working perfectly fine. There was a similar thread about this subject but it died and no one got helped. 

Frustrating because it's impossible to get any signal in my basement except if I'm lucky and by the window.

I've tried all regular troubleshooting methods, uninstall, restart, disabling firewall, etc.

I'm having this problem as well!! After Thursday, I haven't been able to send or receive texts on the rogersonenumber and it's driving me crazy. I have a working phone and number, and my friends says hers works fine. please help!!

It has nothing to do with the browser. There has to be something wrong with the software, you aren't the only one, 100s of people are now having the same problem. It has to be a software issue on the rogersonenumber part.
