This service is a total nightmare; so I followed what they said, to unistall the web phone, and re-install. The issue is were is the link for this software? It's no were to be found anywere!
To be honest I am not impressed at all at the lack of service, lack of support for this new service. My profile shows the webphone and says contact support at this link for new software- The link signs me back in again!
I think I will just delete my account, and honestly not bother with this. This is way to much trouble for a simple service. Really not happy at all with this.

SO???
Can someone post the "PM" that resolves this issue.
The accepted resolution doesn't tell us anything!

I had a chat with a rep via instant chat, and they are not able to find the issue. Does anyone know? I am just about to give up on this thing. Beyond frustrated!

in order to modify the "settings" we need to know which "ports" to open assoicated with Rogers One Number. Can you please tell us what it is?
for exmample, for skype it is all destination ports above 1024 or Ports 80 and 443

I still haven't figgured this out but im trying to... It does appear that the rogers desktop client is listening to ports 49276-49277 however opening these ports or putting my computer on the DMZ sove my issue. I get the following error when i open the web phone client:
___
#sudo lsof -i -P
Rogers 353 jxxxxxike 35u IPv4 0xffffff800dd5f078 0t0 UDP *:49276
Rogers 353 jxxxxxike 38u IPv4 0xffffff80144b6c00 0t0 TCP *:49276 (LISTEN)
Rogers 353 jxxxxxike 39u IPv4 0xffffff801ae3e500 0t0 TCP *:49277 (LISTEN)

Exactly! You wouldn't think this is rocket science.
Just give us a list of the ports that this thing communicates on.
Our firewall is eating this up and other than seeing SIP rejects I can't see what port(s) we need to allow.
We are experiencing some very strange behaviour for this program.
It will work if we're double NAT'd but won't work on the regular LAN, etc.
NEED INFO PLEASE

Yeah the rep I spoke with said that One Number was not intended to be used behind a router. Whhhhat? Correct me if I'm wrong but in 2012 most people have a router. My particular router is a DLink DIR-825 and I've tried DMZ, SIP ports 5060 - 5061, still nothing - it does work if I unplug my wan and not use the router.
So I guess I'll just continue to use GTalk or Skype until Rogers reconfigures One Number to function in this decade. What a waste of time -

I talked to a Rogers rep today to see if I could get this figured out. He advised me to open port 5060, which didn't solve my problem. I'm still not able to use my webphone because of error EB503. However, as the Rogers agents that post to this site don't ever include usefull information maybe this will help someone else out.
