Is myRogers account same as the OneNumber account?
If not, why does "Forget password" link from OneNumber login page go to reset password on myRogers?
I reset that password and still can't login.
Why do you require that user name for OneNumber is an e-mail format?
Seems that it doesn't have to be even existing e-mail. Futhermore, when I update my e-mail with different e-mail, my user name remains the same. What is the logic behind this arhitecture?
