I've also had this same issue since I started using the service when it first came out
It worked for a day, then it stopped working again

I am to the point that I am going to tell rogers to take their one number and shove it up there **bleep**. i have tried 15 times to set my wifes account up with all her proper info and have been told nothing is correct. then when I goto support they say we cannot help you cause it is not our department. What type of **bleep** show are these **bleep** wads running I am about to cancel my account and go back to Telus.

I don't think Telus has a one number but at least the customer service is better. .....last night I spent 4 hours on the phone with the tech and finally they realized that the account was corrupted from my previous set up as they forgot to delete and reset it. and then to top it off I have 3 phones my mother in laws account was deleted as she called me and said she could not log on with her info.....

I have yet been able to log in..tried when it first came out and tried again.....then tried it one more time..still not able too..

My rogers one number kept saying SERVER REJECTED when i tried to sign in on the computer so i uninstalled it from my computer, but now it wont even let me sign in on the web it keeps saying login failed, this is my only means of communication.
