It would depend on the account. If you click on the terms & conditions at the bottom of www.rogersonenumber.ca it should list the requirements.
Rogers One Number™ Requirements.
- You must have Wireless Phone postpaid voice (or postpaid voice and data) service with Rogers in order to use the Service. Rogers One Number™ is not available with Rogers prepaid service or to business, corporate or government customers.
