Just installed Rogersonenumber on my mac and pc, and they both work perfectly. The only problem i am having is that i get a message each time i log on either computer saying:
"Your account setup may have encountered some issues. Please contact 1-877-856-3664 for assistance".
I have called the number above, and they have yet to experience anything like that, and said that from their end everything looks to be fine with my registration.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks.

I have the same problem + I cannot log in to Rogers One Number desktop because it always says< LOGIN ERROR: Server Rejected > + whenever I try to use the phone on the online rogersonenumber site, it says
The system is currently down. We are investigating the problem. Please try again later. Error 1001

Same here, I always get the same error message < LOGIN ERROR: Server Rejected >
I guess I will stick with Google Call, it is free for all of North America, has cam support, and works right out of the box without having to login to a message board, accept tons on ''licence agreements' a la Rogers. The google rates for oversea calls are absolutely the best, and I did quite a lot of shopping.

Have you tried logging in with different browsers? You can also try resetting your browser settings to standard.
Try these steps and let us know how it goes ![]()
Also please take note if you receive an error message, there should be a number associated to the error, please let us know.
