Please check your internet connection, and/or verify that your firewall security software is set to allow the web phone to establish a connection. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact technical support at 1888-Rogers1

Please help me! I don't know anything about networks or router settings...or if this has anything to do with that. Frustrating.

The error you are receiving is usually related to a Firewall/Anti-virus issue so we wouldn't be able to support end-to-end configuration.
