Currently the only application related to Rogers One Number is the Rogers One Contacts application. This application can be found in the Apple App Store. Can't confirm if the application will work on an iPod though.
As far as using the iPod to make/recieve calls and SMS; that would require a computer to use. It cannot be done from an iPod.
