Has anyone figured out how to setup a router to enable the web phone software to register? I confirmed it is my Dlink 625 router as I can get connected when bypassed. I tried several router setting changes with no success.
One Number is absolutely useless if it cant work behind a router!
Is anyone from Rogers or Counterpath working on resolving this issue?

Hi GeoDJab,
Check this thread out for the ports that Rogers One Number uses. It may help with your configuration.

Hi Rogers_Kate
I confirmed it is not my antivirus or PC filrewalls as I was able to connect to the neighbours wireless router and Rogers one number web phone worked fine. When I connect to my router the web phone does not work.
That means the issue is with the settings in my Dlink 625 router.
I have reset it many times changed firewall settings and other options with no success.
I was hoping someone a solution for the router issue not the antivirus and firewall software.
Thanks
George

Thanks Sabotaged but de-selecting SIP did not work. Also I made a mistake on my Dlink model it is a DIR-615.
Tryed a bunch of firewall settings and still no success.
It is very confusing as I can connect to my neighbours Linksys router and web phone registers right away.

I have tried using three computers , three different places.. No luck. I am surprised Rogers would put out a product with so many unresolved issues!

In my case definately not the router and not firewall or antivirus. I replaced them all and it still didnt work. My wifes computer also an HP laptop works fine. Everything on hers seems to be set the same as on mine. My setup worked fine for about a week and then it stopped.
