I've tried everything, but the contacts does not sync with rogersonenumber. I have the iphone 4S, and my laptop uses windows vista. everything is installed correctly. Everytime I do a manual sync, it comes up the sync was successful (but 0 contacts) , but nothing actually syncs. I've even tried doing sync while logged in to rogersonenumber, and again when logged off. makes no difference. I've tried doing sync over the wi-fi, and again over rogers 3g. Nothing works.

I'm on a HP Pavillion g series laptop, running Windows 7. I've got a Nokia E5-00 running the craptacular Symbian OS... There doesn't seem to be ANY software to install on my phone. I've saved the settings that get sent to my phone via text. When I follow the instructions on how to sync, noting seems to happen.
My phone allows me to set up multiple sync profiles but I need certain things:
Name of the contacts database
Name if the remote database
Name of the text message database
Host address used to sync server
server ID
user name
I'd have thought all I need is to install an app on my phone.... Be damned if I can find it.

I too, have the same problem.
Regardless of on Wifi, or on 3g network, none of my contacts sync after I click "sync now" on the android app.
However, the calling, and texting and what not is working perfectly fine.
I only need the contacts to sync now, as it's hard to know who I'm texting when I have over 700 contacts.
Any solution yet?

To all those having sync issues,
Can you check to see if you have multiple contact lists on your devices?
I have seen some syncing issues resolved by making sure that the default contact list is selected.
Blackberry: Select Contacts -> BB Menu button -> Select Contact List
iPhone: Select Contacts -> Groups -> Confirm if you have any more contact lists there
Thanks,

I tried this, and it did not work. I have about 100 names in my contact list on my phone, yet only 5 show up on RON list...and they are all numbers I haven't called in a while!!!! Ugh

Surprise Surprise. Another Rogers fail. When I called to find out why the contacts won't sync, the rep told me my phone wasn't supported. It's an iPhone 4s, and yes, of course it's supposed to be supported. Good job answering this question Rogers, as always. Colour me once again unimpressed. I won't spend another minute on this issue because doing so would be to let Rogers continue to kill me a little bit at a time.

Does anybody got this issue resolved?

Operating on an iMac, MacBook Pro on Leopard and Lion with an iPhone 4 in iOS 5.1.1. Contacts synced via iCloud.
I chatted with an Rogers online tech guy and he helped me resolve my Rogers One Number contacts app syncing problem.
1. Turn off iCloud contacts sync.
2. Choose delete from iPhone.
3. Turn on iCloud contacts sync.
4. Wait for contacts to re-populate.
5. Relaunch Rogers One Numer contacts app and sync.
It worked.
