I try to login and tells me on my PC that my login rejected. When trying to login.
When online it logs me right in.

How can I fix my login into Rogers One Number? I try to login on my computer and tells me "login rejected"

If you are having password difficulties, try going to the password reset option at the top of the RogersOneNumber.ca webpage.

I'm having an issue as well. I can log into Rogers One Number via the web, send and receive text messages, see my contacts, but the second I click on the phone option, I get
"The system is currently down. We are investigating the problem. Please try again later. Error 1001"
When I try to log in using hte Rogers One app on my PC, I just get, "Server Rejected". I've contacted technical support about this, they claimed it was a problem when the account was created and that they were escalating the issue. That was two days ago....still nothing.

none of the "phone" options of the rogers one number works for me. i can log in only if I'm using the web version, but even then, only my email works (kind of pointless, since I can access it elsewhere). On my computer I can't access my rogers one number all. it always says "sever rejected credentials" or "sever is currently undergoing maintenance". I'm honestly not sure that maintenence is suppose to happen for 2 weeks. Since there are four rogers phones in my household, I tried with the other numbers, and found that 1/4 of the rogers one numbers work. They told us at the store when we got the phones that the rogers one number were ready to use, but so far, it's also impeded all the other functions on the phone. as i don't live at home, i can't even call in to "get it fixed" because rogers has a rule in which you can't call and "troubleshoot" on the same phone/number.
has anyone found a way around this? I REALLY don't want to have to call anymore. I've had to call to activate every (and I do meant EVERY) function with this new rogers account. CALLING. TEXTING. VOICEMAIL. CALLER DISPLAY... EVERYTHING. and now to find out that the rogers one number doesn't work either :/

I have the login problem as well and this has not worked for over 3 months.
I live on a farm where I use a rockethub for internet (No other ISPs around).
My phone is not reliable and I planned to use OneNumber as my primary phone because I bought a huge antenna with the rockethub. Why is this taking so long to fix?
They say this has been escalated, but I have seen no effort on their part.
